When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning only.
Payments are made directly by UPI. After you pay and confirm, we verify the payment and grant your access, usually within 2 to 4 hours. Prices are shown on the Products page and may change over time; the price you paid applies to your purchase.
Some products work through third-party platforms such as TradingView and Telegram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of those platforms.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse-engineer our indicators or code, or use our content to provide unregistered advisory or tips to others.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
How we handle your personal data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
When you place an order or contact us, we collect only what we need: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, and your payment reference or confirmation for the order. We do not collect or store your card numbers, bank passwords, or UPI PIN at any time, since payment happens directly in your own UPI app.
To verify your payment and deliver your product access, to send order confirmations and your access details, to provide support and answer your questions, and to send service updates related to a product you bought.
Your data is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for the purpose above and any legal record-keeping. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to run the business.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these, email us at tradermitracircle@gmail.com.
Our courses, e-books, indicators, scanners, and analysis are digital products. Access is granted to you shortly after your payment is confirmed. Because digital access cannot be returned once it has been shared, these products are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered.
We want this to be fair. If you were charged in error, paid twice, or there is a genuine problem delivering your access, contact us on WhatsApp or email and we will resolve it fairly, including a refund where a refund is the right outcome.
